The goblin shark (Mitsukurina owstoni) is a deep-sea shark that lives near the sea floor. It can grow to 3.3 metres long and weigh about 160 kg. Wobbegongs are bottom-dwelling sharks that spend much of their time resting on the sea floor. They are not really big, although the largest species, the spotted wobbegong, can reach 3 metres in length. They show a typical camouflage pattern that makes them almost invisible: they are ambush predators, they hide and catch smaller fish which swim too close.
